Roofing material was delivered on June 21, 2012 and on June 26 a very large crew arrived earlier and began the process of old roof removal and new roof installation. The estimate for this effort could be 1-3 days depending on crew size etc. Well I believe they may have had some slack that day and it appeared 3 crews showed up…and by 3 PM that day the entire job was complete and a beautiful new roof was on the house. Kris and his team did a very excellent job and left with a nice clean area…Thanks

The new roof looks great! New flashing around the fireplace chimney looks much better than old flashing. All debris was cleaned up and removed. Work was completed as scheduled. I highly recommend this company.

Kris Konstruction was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. Kris explained all of the work to be done, how his company conducted the work and about their thorough clean up procedure. The delivery materials were placed neatly on the lawn as much out of the way as possible. When they came to do the work they showed up on time with a very polite and professional group of workers. The guys worked quickly and took care to make sure they cleaned all of the debris off the driveway and surrounding lawn. They even had a big magnetic roller to pick up all of the roofing nails. They carefully walked the driveway after to ensure they got it all.
I would definitely recommend this company. They are very professional and very friendly and easy to work with.

We worked with the designer, Chris Roe, to maximize the space in our kitchen. We selected Waypoint cabinets and quartz countertops. The project manager, Jeremy, did some of the actual work. Everyone who worked on the kitchen was professional, gave us arrival times that were met, and discussed any concerns with the project manager, and then with us, as needed. We received a quick response from Chris or Jeremy whenever we had questions.
We obtained other estimates but felt that the design and cost estimate from Kris Konstruction gave us more options for our money.
We’re thrilled with the finished product. The kitchen actually looks bigger and we still have empty space in the cabinets! And once the kitchen was completed, we’ve had lots of friends stop by to see the finished product and everyone agrees that it’s beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kris Konstruction came in a little higher than other estimates but I believe that the quality of their work will indeed justify this pricing differential. Sometimes you do get exactly what you pay for and after visiting their showroom and reviewing their references and portfolio, Kris Konstruction strikes me as a premium contractor. Chris Roe, the design specialist, was fabulous. He actually LISTENED to me and provided me with suggestions and design concepts that were perfectly aligned with my wishes. The 3D renderings were exactly what I envisioned for my dream kitchen, and I left the showroom with printouts of the remodel to mull over. I have been looking at them off and on for weeks and each time become more and more excited about an updated kitchen. I am very excited and surprisingly confident & at ease (something foreign to me when it comes to remodeling) to proceed with this remodel.
