We felt inspired to show our appreciate to our community for the support we have received over the past 32 years by awarding a brand NEW ROOF to a local family who is in most need! A strong roof protects your greatest assets – your family and your home and we’d like to help one deserving family protect theirs.

Please help us find that family by completing the form below. We encourage you to enter the giveaway and tell us about yourself or nominate someone you know needs a new roof. The grand prize winner will receive a brand-new roof using the highest quality materials, complete with synthetic underlayment and Tamko architectural shingles.

Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Kris Konstruction will award one (1) grand prize at the end of the prize period. The prize period ends on _________. The grand prize winner will be determined from a random drawing of all entries received during the prize period. The odds of winning the grand prize are determined by the number of entries received prior to the time of the prize drawing. Kris Konstruction reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify, extend, or terminate this giveaway without notice at any time. The winner will be notified by certified mail within 15 days of the drawing. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

The grand prize winner will receive a new roof, professionally installed by Kris Konstruction, with a retail value of $______. Prize is not transferable. The prize must be installed at the address listed on the winning entry form. All expenses not specifically provided for are the sole responsibility of the winner.

No purchase is necessary to participate in the giveaway. Sweepstakes entrants must (i) be legal residents of the United States; (ii) be 25 years of age or older, (iii) own their own home, which home is in a suitable condition (as determined by Kris Konstruction or its designees) for installation of the prize (including compliance with local building codes and regulations), (iv) reside in one of the following Maryland counties: Harford, Baltimore, Cecil, Carroll, Howard, Anne Arundel, and (v) provide proof of home ownership.

Employees, officers and directors of Kris Konstruction, and their immediate families (and those living in their same households) are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. The prize winner’s house must be in suitable condition for installation (e.g., no water, mold, structural damage, etc.). Any waterproofing, remediation, or other repairs necessary for proper installation (as deemed by Kris Konstruction or its designees in their sole discretion) must be performed at owner’s expense prior to installation. Installation labor does not include painting or staining. Cash value of the prize is deemed to be $________.

Liability for any applicable taxes, including all federal, state, and local taxes and/or other fees that may apply to prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
