My siding was replaced due to hail damage. Kris Konstruction first came out and accessed the damage. They came out again and met with me and my insurance adjustor. They handled all the paperwork required by my insurance company and Mortgage Company to recover my loss. We agreed on a scope of work caused by the hail damage and they gave me a very fair estimate for the additional work I had done.
We scheduled the job and once started, Kris Konstruction worked the job until completion. I was home during the entire project. They were very professional, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns immediately. The quality of their work was excellent and I worked in the construction business. They cleaned up at the end of every day and at the end of the job, you would not know they were there. They walked the job down with me upon completion to insure my satisfaction. The project manager assigned to my job kept in touch with me throughout the entire project.

We are thrilled with our new deck and sunroom. We have enjoyed it thoroughly. During the snow storms it was beautiful to sit in there. We knew how well it was built since it withstood 50 inches of snow on the deck and no leaks in the ceiling. Whenever a problem arose during construction they always took care of it for us. Your lifetime warranty is great even for minor problems. We would definitely recommend Kris Konstruction!

We love our new sunroom. It is usable in cold and hot weather, so it is so much more functional for us. It looks great and adds so much more light to our home.
