The process from beginning to end was fantastic. From the initial design and concept development to sweeping out our garage at project completion Kris Konstruction was very professional. Chris Roe was very good at explaining all aspects of design and options to us and was very forward with pricing right up front. We had multiple changes to the design and built things in after the project started and Chris was very understanding and worked with us on price. I can’t say enough about our project manager Jeremy Miller. He was thorough and prompt, listened to our requests and provided positive and negative feedback when asked. His attention to detail is what struck us. He cared about the work he was doing for us and it really did show. Throughout the build both Chris and Jeremy provided frequent phone calls to provide updates and discuss the project. We never felt like we did not know what was going on and with a project this large that is a good feeling to have. I would highly recommend Kris Konstruction for a project of this magnitude and would be glad to show the work they did in our kitchen with anyone.

After 40 years we decided to totally remodel our kitchen. This included everything in the kitchen, as well as some structural changes.
We talked to several contractors and decided to use Kris Konstruction because we went to the showroom and were very impressed.
We were treated very professionally by Kris and his staff. Another big factor in our decision was the designer. He helped to design our kitchen and gave us time and helped to make good decisions. The construction began in April and we were extremely pleased with how the project proceeded. All of the workers were very professional. They protected the rest of our house by putting up plastic in doorways and even used the rear entrance of the house even though it was not as convenient. Kris stopped many times to make sure the project was being done the way that we wanted. We are extremely happy with our kitchen and everyone who comes to our home is impressed. We have and would highly recommend Kris Konstruction to others for their remodeling needs. They are very professional and stand behind their work. It was a pleasure doing business with Kris Konstruction.

Kris Konstruction replaced my roof. The crew worked quickly and did a great job of cleaning up after they were done. It looks good, no leaks.
They did a great job installing the roof. They finished quickly and cleaned up after they were done. Overall they did a nice job. Kris responded quickly when I called him.

The crew arrived on time. I asked if there was anything I needed to assist with and was promptly told they had everything needed to start and finish the job.
I had a few questions throughout the day that was promptly and courteously answered by the project leader. I was very concerned about any debris being left on top of my new enclosure, but they assured me that they would be using the blower to blow off any debris on top. Furthermore, as an added bonus, they even blew off the leaves on top of the enclosure as well.
Before I forget, at one point I could not remember something that Kris and I had discussed and actually phoned him while the job was going on and he refreshed my memory on what we had discussed in our initial meeting. Everything was left in a pristine manner. Later that week, after my lawn person cut the grass in my yard, he commented, “Wow, I didn’t see any roof shingles lying around your yard; I expected to see litter to be cleaned up. They did a spectacular job on the roof as well as the cleanup.”
Well, that about sums it up, I was very pleased with the outcome and the professionalism shown from the administrative end to the actual labor side of this company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof replaced.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the outstanding job that you and your team performed to repair the hail damage that was done to my home. I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism demonstrated by all the employees that you assigned to complete the work.
This was a big job. Your team did an incredibly neat job of taking off the existing roof, replacing the siding, the down spouts and all the other aspects associated with the repair. We have a very nice home and I was very impressed with how well everything was so neatly organized. I noticed that after work was performed, cleanup occurred every day after the job was complete. In my view, neatness is a reflection of the craftsmanship performed on the job.
I also appreciate the options that were presented when it was discovered some work not included on the initial inspection. You clearly explained all of the options that were available, enabling me to make an informed decision. Thank you once again for everything as we are very appreciative of all the excellent work.
